Company History and Background

Founded: 2008

T-Star Tin Can Co., Ltd. is a professional tin box manufacturer located in China manufacturing center, Fenggang of Dongguan city. As a morden metal packaging enterprise, T-Star possesses a main workshop and a branch covering 15,000 square meters. It has its own Mold Dept. as well as several product lines, with an annual production capacity of more than 30 million tin cans. From the first day on when T-Star was established, we have tried our best to satisfy our customers in their tin needs based on our caring and integrity services. We take "responsibility & progress" as our values, and always regard talented person as a treasure. Most of our administrators, including the engineers & technicians, have abundant industrial experience and expert skills. Base on all these above, we have every reason to believe we can build an excellent T-star team in the near future. There are four series products we can offer, namely "round tin cans", "square tin cans", "abnormal shape tin cans" and "tin artworks", which are mainly exported to Europe, the USA, Southeast Asia, and widely used for tea, food, medicine, wine, cigarettes, gifts, etc. After just several years' rapid expanding, T-star has become a new shining star of China packaging industry. We have passed ISO 9001:2008 verification in 2010, and then have SEDEX audit passed in year 2012. Moreover, we are always keeping creating a better working environment, by introducing ERP into our inner management. In order to enhance our core competitive strength, we have increased our input in R&D since 2012, and preliminarily build a R&D center with very strong comprehensive abilities of software and hardware. We have also hired some experienced technical personnel, built up a new R&D center of 1500 square meter, and introduced more than 30 pcs advanced processing equipment and testing equipment from abroad, include High-speed machining centers, slow-feeding NC wire-cut machine, and trilinear coordinates measuring instrument, etc. After its first five years' rapid growing, T-Star is focusing on its next five-year and further development. A 30000 square meters modern factory referring to industrial international standard is being built currently, and will be put into use by the end of 2014 according to the plan. With the overall improvement of the overall level, as well as the spirit of sincerity, harmony, responsibility, progress, the whole T-Star team will be always devoting itself to providing the best products and service for customers at home and abroad.
