Company History and Background
Founded: 1998
Tianjin Optical Electrical Group Co., Ltd. (i.e. TOEC Group Co., Ltd.) is an electronic information industry group which owns 21 totally investing companies, holding and sharing companies with registered capital of USD 55,000,000 and factory buildings of 70,000square meters. People are the most valuable resources of TOEC. Of more than 2,000 employees, 600 are engineers and 17 are state level experts. Our R&D centre consists of 6 key laboratories, engaged in the areas like optical communications and facsimile. We also have established stable relationships with some famous Chinese universities. In 1998, our company was appointed the first municipal R& D centre for information industry in Tianjin.
