Shanghai Chuya Industry Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Chuya) is a hi-tech enterprise. We specialize in developing, producing and marketing plastic elastomer tubes. Our company is located in the South of Shanghai, China, enjoying convenient transportation. We are about 60 kilometers from "Shanghai Yangshan Deepwater Port", one of the largest deep-water ports in China. Moreover, it takes only about one hour by car from Hongqiao International Airport and Pudong International Airport to our company. Our company produces and markets MICO licensing PU tubes, NY tubes and horticultural products. We have a standard plant covering about 3,000sqm, with advanced production lines of nylon tube, PU tube, PU and PVC braided pipe. With advanced facilities and high degree automation, our monthly output amounts to 150 tons. Currently, our products are exported to Europe, America and other countries and regions all around the world. Our MICO products are widely used in many fields, from automobiles to machinery, medical care, toys, tools and other industries. Since our foundation, we have accumulated the wealth of technology and years' experience after hard exploration and innovation. In addition, we have an excellent team that is committed to supplying customers with quality products and technology solutions. From product design, material selection, color matching technology, production, packaging to storage and transportation, we are able to control every process efficiently. For raw materials, we used BASF, Bayer, DuPont, Atto, Mr Sands, High Tripod, Shimei, and other high-quality raw materials. Strict quality management and environmental requirements, a computerized color matching chromatography analyzer, computerized raw material oven thermostat, and automated production and multi-channel quality control measures ensure that our products always maintain superior performance. We can supply you with many pipe products, including PU products, nylon tubes, gardening tubes and PU braided tubes. The PU products are divided into super-soft type (shore 60-85A), air compressor general type (shore 95-98A), high-pressure-type (shore 65D), high-performance water resistance type and fire-retardant type. The nylon pipe system is divided into NY6 hard pipe, NY11 automotive tubing and NY12 car brake pipe. The gardening tubes are divided into garden plumbing, volumes of vehicles and other varieties.
