In the reform of enterprises, our company with current registered capital of RMB 55 million was reorganized from stated-owned enterprise into civilian-run enterprise in 1997. We are operating thousands of commodities like textile fabric and garments, leather and light industrial products, sport outdoor & leisure products, home electrical products, hardware machines and chemical products, through multi-operating patterns of foreign trading, economy information consultation services, real-estate developing, and industrial manufacturing. We have links with partners in more than 150 countries and areas. We have been ranked the first place in Jiaxing Trade Companies List and also listed on Chinese Top 500 Private Enterprises for four consecutive years. More than ten enterprises we hold share or have share are Jiangsu Gaoyou-Layo Real Estate Co., Ltd, Jiaxing LAYO Industry Investment Co., Ltd, Jiaxing New Feichuang Textile Co., Ltd, and Jiaxing Huaye Garment Co., Ltd.
