Founded: 2004

Foshan Nanhai Lishui Jingxin Steel Wire & Spring Co., Ltd. (Jingxin), established in 2004, is a Sino-American joint venture specializing in producing high carbon steel wires, spring nets, non-woven fabrics, pocket springs and mattresses. Jingxin has independent import and export rights and 80% of our products are for export. With good prestige and service, we have been well-known as a believable supplier and partner in Southeast Asia, Europe, America, and the Middle East and also have built up a link with famous sales network. We have ten steel wire drawing machines and can produce steel wires with the diameter ranging from 1.3mm to 5.0mm. They are widely used for making bonnell springs, continuous springs, pocket springs, support springs and sofa springs. Our company utilizes one-stop assembly production line and implements strict control in manufacturing mattresses from material high-carbon hot-rolled steel wires, springs and spring nets to finished mattresses. According to customers' requests, we can also provide spring mattresses, pocket spring mattresses, foam mattresses, and memory foam mattresses which meet the American and European fire resistant standards. We use the compressed packing and rolled packing. Now, our monthly production capability is about 25,000pcs of pocket spring nets, 15,000pcs of mattress springs and 75,000pcs of spring nets. Presently, our company processes five advanced PP spun-bonded non-woven production lines with an annual production capacity of 7000 tons. We can customize non-woven fabrics in different colors, with weight ranging from 10 to 200grams/square meter with maximum width of 3.2 meters according to clients' requests. We have two advanced non woven cut perforated machines which can make non woven with the distance ranging from 12cm to 500cm and width from 10cm to 320cm. Using this machine, we can control the slanted tolerance of perforated dotted line less than 0.5cm and save the non woven fabric and 20% of labor cost than the common one. The perforated non woven fabrics made with the highest accuracy of perforated slanted machine domestic are widely used for making perforated bed sheets, agricultural covering fabrics and dustproof bedsteads. With the full automatic equipment for non woven bag making, we can make many kinds of bags with functions of fire-retardance, UV-resistance, printed patterns and anti-skid. Our daily production capability of die cut bags, non woven T-shirt bags, and tote bags is 100,000pcs, 50,000pcs and 20,000pcs respectively.
