W&E International LLC, has its headquarters in the USA, and 2 manufacturing facilities in China. It is a successful model combing the strength and resources of both countries. One factory near Hangzhou city certified with ISO9001:2000 produces Structure brand fencing materials, arbors and other related products. While the other factory located in Shanghai with award of "New-Tech Enterprise" exclusively makes Cellek decking system, a leading product of outdoor decking market in the aspects of performance and design. All products meet ASTM standards, having been extensively tested in the US by an independent lab since 2003, and absolutely have no lead or other harmful material at all. Structure Fencing, as displayed in the World Fence News, has the most profiles and best designs of the industry; many profiles are patented. Structure profiles not only have elegant looking, but also have many smart and unique features to save labor; reduce shipping cost; or make assembling easier. With no recycled material at all, Structure fence is made of 100% virgin vinyl with the highest possible UV protection to guarantee durability, flexibility and weatherability.
