Qingdao PUJIE Industry Co., Ltd ,was established in 1998, consists of two manufacturing mills, with over 200,000 square meters and 2000 high quality staff. We specialize in brake systems and car/truck parts in our factory at first. The casting methods is sanding casting and lost wax casting parts . We mainly focused on domestic market before 2004 . We have over 3000 models of brake discs,370 models of heavy duty drums, over 1000 models of passenger brake drums, and 750 models of brake pads .We have our own Export department in our company at present. The production technology has reached to the world s advanced level. Complete Automation, Mechanized Production. We have passed ISO/TS16949,VDA6.1 ,QS. The advanced machinery and equipment have been put into use for our high-performance metal parts, like Read-head Optical Emission Spectrometer( From Japan), Medium frequency induction melting furnace ,CNC machine center, Brinell hardness tester, Dewaxing autoclave, Wax-injection machine, and so on. Our market over Europe, North America, Middle East, South America, South Africa, Australia, and so on. With the constant expansion of the market, PUJIE started to develop new production lines about low pressure casting and gravity casting for alloy wheels in 2005. There are about 1500 models made in our company at present. All kinds of car aluminum alloy wheels used in BMW, BENZ, AUDI, VW, VOLVO, LAND ROVER, NISSAN,TOYOTA, KIA, etc, and many forged aluminum Truck wheels are suitable for bus ,heavy-duty truck, medium truck, light truck, trailer, armored vehicles, engineering vehicles, container vehicles,etc . Our production capacity reaches to 10 000 pcs/month. All our products have passed TUV, VIA, E-MARK, DOT, TWL,TSI16949, ISO 9001, and so on.
