Nantong Zhongde Sewing Needle Co., Ltd is located in the beautiful and rich land of needle ---Haimen, Jiangsu. It is the confluence of the Yangtze River and the Yellow Sea. The transportation here is convenient, only an hour drive from Shanghai. The company was founded in 1988 with registered capital of $1,160,000. It integrates research and development, production and sales of more than 250 million sticks of high-grade sewing machine needles into a modern enterprise. After twenty years of development, the variety has become all in readiness. The specification continues to improve and the scale of production keeps growing. There are 180 employees and more than 20 professional R&D personnel in a factory area of 1800 square meter. Today, we already possess the world's leading automatic processing equipment of sewing machine needle old. In the production process, we not only use the quality high-carbon steel in Germany formula as raw materials, but also introduce the Japanese Ohm full-automatic needle detector.
