Shanxi Helios casting and forging industrial co.,ltd is a special manufacturer in all kinds of automobile fittings, machine fittings, castings, forgings and hardware, etc . Our products are widely exported to domestic market, European market, North American market and Japan market for more than ten years. At the moment, main cooperate companies include Mitsubishi and other world wide major industries. Now our annual production capacity is 60 thousands tons. We have six 3T induction furnaces multi-smelting, advanced Resin-sand production line and two molding lines, tens of numerical control machine and CNC high speed machining center, perfect laboratory include spectroanalysis instrument, metallurgical structure equipment and tri-coordinate measure machine. In the meantime we have obtain the ISO9001:2000 quality management system and TS 16949 certification. We have high-level staff and an advanced management system which reaches international standards, perfect internal training systems and programs, and professional training from clients.
