Company History and Background

Founded: 2000

Suntront Tech Co., Ltd was established in 2000 with a registered capital of RMB 535 million. Suntront had a successful IPO public listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange inAugust 2011(Stock Code: 300259). Suntront's headquarters is in Zhengzhou. The headquarters complex covers an area over 110,000 square meter. We are now in the process of expanding by building a new IOT Industrial Zone in Wuxi district. When completed, it will cover an area of 26,000 square meters. Suntront has now achieved a leading market position, as well as a brand of national prominence in China, the world's largest smart meter market. With this strong foundation, Suntront is now actively planning and investing to become a global force in the smart meter industry, through its own initiatives as well as strategic partnerships with leading technology companies in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
