Wenzhou Ouhai Sanyang Luminaire Factory, established in 1987, is one of the largest scale and professional enterprises of lighting industry in China. Our factory has always been dedicated to the research and development of new products and product quality improvement since our foundation. "Hezi" brand ballasts are manufactured strictly as per GB2313-93 standard. "Winsame" brand products have attained CCC certification of China Quality Certification Center. we now have CE,ROHS certificates for lighting fixture,CE,SAA certificates for craft wall lamps. Our products have spread all over the country, and most of them sell well in overseas countries and regions, such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia.
