Shaanxi Jin Han Precious Metals Co., Ltd. is a high-tech private enterprise with the research and development, production and sales, specializd in precision casting of rare metals such as Titanium, and Titanium alloy elbow, tees and cross, reducers, stub end, flanges, caps and Golf Head, Titanium valve, Titanium pump, Titanium fan, Titanium castings of bicycle and hardware tool, Medical accessories, Titanium equipment and other Non-standard precision castings which meet the quality standard of America, Japan, Europe, China State Bureau of Machine Building Industry and China State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. Our company has passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate, and is well equipped with complete and advanced machines such as 200kg vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace, vacuum degassing furnace, roasting furnace and X-ray detector, etc. The numerous production departments include precision casting workshop, pattern workshop, shell-making workshop, casting workshop, casting processing workshop, machine processing workshop, whole assembly workshop, production security department, quality and technology department and sales service department. Covering a total area of 15000 square meters, the company has an annual production capacity of 500 tons with a total investment of RMB20 million, located in shaanxi province baoji city- Titanium City of China. Our company also own an R&D center with a team of more than 30 professional technical personnel and 5 renowned experts of China. The company has always technical exchange with some famous institutions such as Harbin Institute of Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University and Northwestern Polytechnical University, share with developing precision casting and deep-processing products of Rare metals such as Titanium and Titanium alloy, zirconium and nickel, and making much efforts to create domestic first-class alloy casting technology and R&D team which extend application extension of production. The application range of the products get involved in many fields, including war industry, petroleum industry, chemical industry, thermal power, nuclear power, shipps industry, oceaneering, medical treatment, environment protection and energy conservation, etc.
