Dongguan Kemei Electronics Co.,LTD is a manufacturing enterprise mainly specialized in R&D, producing, sales and service as a whole for precision electronics switches and sockets. Located in Dongguan City with reputation as "the World Factory". Through years of unremitting efforts, there has been an experienced technician team to guarantee the products quality and technology development. Every process from the injection, stamping to assembly, and testing, etc is strictly controlled and inspected by specially-assigned person. We have professional production and development equipment, including precise wire cutting machine, electro-discharge machine, precise surface-grinding machine, vertical milling machine, vertical and horizontal plastic injection machine, metal press machine, ultrasonic plastic welding machine, 2D image surveying equipment, products automatic assembling machine and so on. There are Tact Switch, Phone Jack, DC Power Jack, USB Connector, XLR Connector, Slide Switch, Push Switch, Micro Switch and so on. All are widely used in electronic communication, digital, home appliances, electronic toys, anti-theft system, instrument and equipment and other electronic equipment. In order to meet overseas market requirement, all the products have been in line with the EU WEEE/ROHS directive requirements of green environmental protection since 2006 year. Quality is our primary goal! Our factory have already passed ISO9001:2008 certification and strictly enforced IQC incoming inspection, IPQC production inspections, OQC shipments detection and finished QA checks at each level to ensure products quality. Quality management department set up a state-of-the-art equipment in order to maintain the good quality of products. Including light & P analyzer, salt spray test machine, infrared reflow soldering, programmed temperature furnace, the current load and other equipment.
