{"id":490,"date":"2016-05-31T19:53:24","date_gmt":"2016-05-31T19:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.goodada.com\/blog\/?p=490"},"modified":"2018-09-20T14:21:05","modified_gmt":"2018-09-20T14:21:05","slug":"update-on-export-to-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.goodada.com\/blog\/update-on-export-to-china\/","title":{"rendered":"Update on Export to China"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chinese Customs have recently updated the rules on products being imported into China.<\/p>\n<p>For Sea Freighted FCL (Full Container Loads) of products which has been transhipped through countries\/ ports outside of China prior to arrival into China, NMC\u2019s ( Non Manipulation Certifies) are no longer required.<\/p>\n<p>NMC rules still apply where transhipping of Airfreighted and LCL (Less than Container Loads) has occurred.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In relation to the Bills of Lading:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Place of Receipt or Port of Loading field has to be on the same page with the Chinese Port of Destination on the Bill of Lading.<\/li>\n<li>The Place of Receipt or Port of Loading must match with the Cargo Origin stated on the Certificate of Origin (CO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chinese Customs have recently updated the rules on products being imported into China.
